Terms of use

Last updated 27 September 2026

Plain rules for using reelwith. By creating an account you agree to them, together with our privacy page and acceptable use rules.

1. Who we are

reelwith is made and operated by Getconvi Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in Bengaluru, India. Contact: sachinuppal@gmail.com.

2. Who can use reelwith

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use reelwith for a company, team or agency, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

3. Your double

4. Your content

You own what you put in and what comes out: your words, your setup files, and your reels. You give us a limited licence to store, process and deliver them only to run reelwith for you, including sending them to the providers listed on our privacy page. That licence ends when you delete them, except for copies we must keep by law.

You are responsible for what your reels say. Check every reel before it goes out; you will always get a preview first. Do not rely on a reel for facts without checking them yourself.

5. Posting

When you connect LinkedIn or Instagram, we post only what you tell us to, when you tell us to. Those platforms have their own rules and can remove posts or limit accounts. We are not responsible for what they do, and we cannot delete posts from them for you.

6. Credits and payment

7. When things go wrong

If part of a reel fails to make, you are never charged for that part. If a reel cannot be finished, all credits for it come back to your balance automatically. If you think you were charged wrongly, write to sachinuppal@gmail.com within 30 days and we will put it right.

8. Teams and agencies

The owner of a team or agency workspace controls who joins, what they can do, and the shared credit balance. Clients invited to approve reels do not need to pay. Each person's double remains theirs; joining a workspace never gives it away.

9. What you must not do

Follow our acceptable use rules. In short: no doubles of other people, no deceiving viewers about who is speaking in a way that could cause harm, nothing illegal, hateful or sexual, and no attempts to break or copy the service.

10. Takedowns and suspension

We may pause a double, remove a reel, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or when someone credibly reports misuse of their face or voice. Where we can, we tell you why and give you a way to respond. You can always download your own reels, unless the law stops us.

11. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the app. Credits you bought are lost when you delete your account, unless the law requires a refund, so use them or ask us first. We can end the service with at least 30 days notice, and if we do, we refund unused credits you paid for.

12. Our service

reelwith is in development and features will change. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error free.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or what third party platforms do with your posts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Apple

If you use reelwith on iPhone, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide support, and is a third party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, but please write to us first; most things can be fixed with an email.

16. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using reelwith after that, the new terms apply.
