Your face and voice are the most personal things you can give an app. This page says exactly what reelwith keeps, where it lives, who helps us run it, and how to make it all go away.
The short version
We keep only what it takes to make and post your reels. Your double is used only for reels you, or people you allow, ask for. We never sell your data, never show ads, and never use your face, voice or reels to train anyone's models. Delete everything from the app in two taps, and it is gone from our systems within 30 days.
Who we are
reelwith is made and operated by Getconvi Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in Bengaluru, India. For anything on this page, write to sachinuppal@gmail.com. That address is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we reply within 7 days.
What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, advertising ID or browsing history. There are no ad networks and no third party analytics in the app or on this website.
How your double is protected
- A double can only be set up by the real person in it, in their own separate setup session, after a live check that they are a real person and the same person as in the photos.
- Your double is used only for reels you make, or for reels made by people you have explicitly allowed. You can see every reel your double appears in.
- You can pause or withdraw your double at any time from Manage my double. Withdrawing stops all new reels at once and deletes your setup files.
- Reels you already posted stay where you posted them. We cannot delete posts on LinkedIn or Instagram for you, but we show you where each one went.
Where your data lives
Your account, chats, setup files and finished reels are stored on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India. The app runs on Cloudflare's network, which handles requests close to you and does not keep your files.
To verify you and to make reels, some data is sent to service providers outside India for the time the work takes. The table below lists every one of them.

Each provider is bound by contract to use your data only to provide its service to us. None of them may use your data to train models, and we choose settings that say so wherever a provider offers them.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Show ads, or share data with advertisers.
- Use your face, voice, chats or reels to train models, ours or anyone else's.
- Post anything without you telling us to.
- Let anyone use your double without your say.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data at any time. Most of it you can do yourself in the app under You, then Privacy and your data. For anything else, write to sachinuppal@gmail.com. You can also withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not fix a problem.
If someone has made a double of you without your permission, you do not need an account to act. Go to report misuse. We pause the double while we look, usually within 24 hours.
Deleting everything
In the app, go to You, then Delete everything. Your account, double, chats and reels are removed from the app straight away and from our systems and backups within 30 days. We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as purchase records for tax.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Setup files are kept apart from everything else and can only be read by the part of the system that makes reels. Access by us is logged and limited to fixing problems you report.
Adults only
reelwith is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and a double can never be made of a child.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
